Oversees all aspects of the firm’s investment and management strategy, including acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financing, valuations, and strategic analysis.
Steve brings 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, most recently as Principal of Gaspee Real Estate Partners. He began his career in commercial real estate research and analytics with Costar Group in Bethesda, MD, eventually moving on to commercial brokerage. Shortly thereafter, Steve pivoted into commercial real estate lending with a $2 billion regional bank, where he handled over $400MM in transactions and C&I credits. This distinctive experience set provided Steve with unique insight into rapidly changing market conditions, tenant preferences, along a wide array of financing structures specific to the industry.
Oversees all aspects of assets under management, including development, operations, and investor relations. Works closely with the asset management team.
Jeff began his career in real estate immediately after graduating from the University of Rhode Island with a degree in Finance. After spending several years in residential development, Jeff pivoted into commercial real estate and founded J2 Properties, a commercial real estate investment firm created to acquire and manage value-add properties throughout Rhode Island. The firm primarily focused on targeting underutilized mixed-use properties in historic downtown areas, while also acquiring a number of office and medical office buildings in strategic areas. Over the course of seven years, the company was able to purchase 22 properties currently valued at over $60,000,000.

Amy began her journey managing multifamily assets for Brookfield Properties, where she honed her skills in maximizing property performance and value. Amy later transitioned to a leadership role as Director of Asset Management for Gaspee Real Estate Partners where she leveraged her extensive experience to drive strategic initiatives and enhance asset performance amongst a growing commercial and mixed-use portfolio totaling over 1.2MM square feet. In addition to her role as Director of Asset Management, Amy also oversees the Property Management division, leading a dedicated team to ensure efficient management and operational excellence across the portfolio. Her strengths include cash flow management, contract negotiations, and tenant relations.
Oversees and manages financial operations, providing strategic guidance to support the company’s financial health and growth. Works closely with other departments to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives.
Matt began his career with the Pawtucket Red Sox Baseball Club Inc where he served a variety of roles in both accounting and operations eventually holding both titles of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer for CBI Investors Limited Partnership, assisting the General Partner manage two Minor League Baseball organizations, the Charlotte Stone Crabs and Wichita Wind Surge. Matt earned an Economics degree from the College of the Holy Cross and a Masters in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island. He earned his CPA license while working in Arthur Andersen LLP's Boston office.
